阿胶质量评价研究进展

Review on the Quality Evaluation of Asini Corii Colla

阿胶作为我国传统的补益药,近年来需求剧增,其质量问题长期受到关注。阿胶主要原料驴皮与近缘动物皮成分相似,缺乏专属性鉴别成分,鉴别难度大,阿胶的质量评价研究长期以来都是难点和热点。本文综述了近年来阿胶的质量评价方法,认为肽图法、分子鉴定法是目前比较有效的鉴别方法,而现有定量分析方法仍有较大缺陷,基于此,下一步应进一步挖掘阿胶质量标志物特别是多肽进行定量分析,并结合药效进行有效性评价,同时做好阿胶各个生产环节的质量监控和标准化,进一步完善阿胶质量评价方法。

Donkey hide gelatin(Asini Corii Colla)has been used as a traditional tonic medicine in China for centuries.In recent years,its demand rapidly increases,attracting the attention on its quality.The raw material composition of Asini Corii Colla is similar to those of the related animal species,so it is difficult to identify the index component of Asini Corii Colla,and the study on the quality evaluation of Asini Corii Colla has become focus for a long time.In this paper,Asini Corii Colla quality evaluation methods of recent years were reviewed.Among these methods,peptide mapping coupled with molecular identification is thought to be reliable.Considering that the present methods are deficient,we propose that the further development direction of Asini Corii Colla quality evaluation should identify the quality evaluation index combined with the efficacy assay,meanwhile,the quality monitoring and standardization of Asini Corii Colla processing should be built up.Our review would pave a way for the development of Asini Cori Colla quality evaluation.
