针灸治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹的研究进展

Advances in Acupuncture and Moxibustionon Treatments of Diabetic Oculomotor Nerve Palsy

目的:总结针灸治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹的研究进展。方法:全面检索万方、知网、Pubmed数据库,分析纳入的文献。结果:针灸治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹的选穴原则为辨证取穴、辨病位取穴等,治疗可结合温灸法、药物注射、中药及推拿。结论:针灸治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹疗效确切,但仍有评价标准不统一、科研设计欠合理等问题亟待解决。

Objective:To summarize the advances in acupuncture and moxibustion treatments of diabetic oculomotor nerve palsy(DONP).Method:The included literatures in the CNKI database,Wanfang database and Pub Med were comprehensively retrieved and analyzed.Results:The acupoint-selection principles of acupuncture and moxibustion treatments of DONP include syndrome differentiation,location differentiation,etc.The treatment can combine with moxibustion,drug injection,traditional Chinese medicine and massage.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion has exactly curative effect on DONP,but many problems such as the disunity of curative standards and unreasonable scientific research designs needs to be solved.
