Progress in Hydrophilic Modification on Zein and Their Application as Carries

玉米醇溶蛋白具有广泛的研究、应用价值,为进一步扩大其应用,亲水性修饰就是一种重要手段。对国内外的亲水性修饰研究和应用进行了综述,以期给玉米醇溶蛋白的亲水性修饰研究及作为药物载体的应用研究提供参考。

Zein has found a wide range of research and application,hydrophilic modification is an important method for further extending its application.research of hydrophilic modification on Zein and the modified products as drug carriers at home and abroad are summarized as comprehensive as possible,according to different modified compounds,the modified compounds and the modified products are reviewed in this paper.Finally,we prospected the lookout of Zein and modified products as drug carriers.It can give reference for the more development and application of hydrophilic modification on Zein and application as drug carriers.
