摘要
采用壳聚糖-甘氨硝酸盐法制备具有钙钛矿结构的化合物Bi_xSr_(1-x)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.8)O_(3-δ)(X=0.5,X=0.6,X=0.7)化合物并进行结构、性能分析。结构分析表明,所合成的材料为纯的钙钛矿结构。通过交流阻抗的测定得出:随着铋掺杂量的增大,材料的界面极化阻抗逐渐变小,最小的界面极化阻抗为0.06Ω·cm^2。
Use Chitosan-ammonium nitrate combustion method.A cathode material of BixSr1-xCo0.2Fe0.8O3-δwith perovskite structure has been synthesized using a Liquid-Solid method and its structure and performances were measured using XRD,EIS,and etc.The results showed that the as-prepared BixSr1-xCo0.2Fe0.8O3-δpowder is perovskite structure,and there are no second phases to be detected.The polarization resistances decreased with doped Bi concentration decreasing,the minimum value is0.06Ω·cm^2.
