摘要
研磨液广泛用于金属摩擦材料的生产,但使用后的研磨液则为污水或称研磨废液,研磨废液COD(化学需氧量)较高,必须处理达标后才能排放。对此类污水的净化处理进行了探究,研究表明,研磨废液中的有效成分化学性质很稳定,采用普通物化、生化等净化方法达不到排放要求,进而提出研磨废液处理后循环利用的方法。
Grinding fluid is widely used in the production process of metal friction materials,but the abrasive liquid after use as sewage(grinding waste liquid)need to exclude the production line,the COD(chemical oxygen demand)of grinding waste liquid is higher.It must be dealt with before it can be discharged.In this paper,the purification treatment of this kind of sewage was studied.The results showed that the chemical properties of the effective components in the grinding waste liquor were very stable,and the requirements of emission treatment could not be achieved by ordinary chemical and physical treatment,biological and other methods.Furthermore,the method of recovering the effective components from the grinding waste liquid is put forward,and the recycling of this kind of sewage is realized.
