分光光度法测定醋酸乙烯中硫叉二苯胺含量

A Method Measuring Content of Phenothiazine in Vinyl Acetate by Spectrophotometry

介绍了采用分光光度法测定醋酸乙烯中硫叉二苯胺含量的方法。该方法以醋酸乙烯为溶剂,配制不同浓度的硫叉二苯胺溶液,然后利用分光光度计在316 nm波长处测定各硫叉二苯胺溶液的吸光度,绘制吸光度和浓度的关系曲线,并根据关系曲线计算得到吸光度与硫叉二苯胺浓度的关系式,最后测定醋酸乙烯的吸光度,根据吸光度计算得到醋酸乙烯中硫叉二苯胺含量。该方法精密度和准确度高,实用性强,且操作简便,成本低。

A method measuring content of phenothiazine in vinyl acetate by spectrophotometry is proposed.We use vinyl acetate as solvent to make up phenothiazine solution of different density,and measure absorbance of phenothiazine solution at wavelength of316nm using spectrophotometer.We plot curve showing relationship between absorbance and density and get the equation about absorbance and density.Finally we measure absorbance of vinyl acetate and get the content of phenothiazine in vinyl acetate by equation.The proposed method has high accuracy and high availability,and it is simple and cost low.
