兴义市2010至2014年居民食用碘盐监测结果分析

摘要 目的了解并及时掌握地区居民食用碘盐普及和缺碘情况,动态评价人群碘营养状况,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法对兴义市2010至2014年居民食用碘盐按东、西、南、北、中方位的乡镇进行随机抽样,监测结果进行统计分析。结果监测结果显示,2010年食用碘盐合格数、合格碘盐食用率与其他年份有统计学意义(c2=5 648.00,P<0.05;c2=1 980.00,P<0.05);2010年碘盐覆盖率与其他年份差异无统计学意义(c2=5.00,P>0.05);抽样方位与食用碘盐不合格份数和非碘份数结果显示差异无统计学意义(c2=15.00,P>0.05;c2=5.00,P>0.05)。结论兴义市在2010年食用碘盐存在非碘盐冲销市场的可能,经政府相关职能部门查处后,2011年以来食用碘盐市场明显得到改善,使绝大多数食用碘盐质量指标控制在标准水平,但在监测中仍有不合格(非碘、碘不足、碘超标)食用碘盐存在,也许是极少数居民未妥善保存造成碘丢失或可能在食用碘盐添加碘过程中加碘不均匀所致,当地政府应对居民进行碘盐科学知识开展广泛宣传、增加监测投入和加强市场监管。 Objective To know and master the residents edible circumstance of iodized salt in Xingyi,dynamic evaluatethe iodine nutritional status,so as to provide the basis for prevention and control measures and scientific adjustment of intervention strategies.Methods Edible circumstanc of iodized salt in residents in Xingyi were randomly sampled from the towns of East,West,South,North and middle and the surveillance results were analyzed from2010to2014.Results The surveillance results showed that the qualified number of edible iodized salt,the edible rate of qualified iodized salt in2010were statistically different from the other years(χ^2=5648.00,P<0.05;χ^2=1980.00,P<0.05),the coverage rate of iodized salt of2010was no statistically different from the other years(χ^2=5.00,P>0.05),the sampling range and qualified number of edible iodized salt and non-iodine number were no statistically significant(χ^2=15.00,P>0.05;χ^2=5.00,P>0.05).Conclusion There were non iodized salt write-off the edible iodized salt Market in Xingyi2010.Edible iodized salt market has improved significantly after the relevant government departments to investigate since2011.However,there are still unqualifiedin the monitoring of iodized salt,such as non iodine,iodine deficiency,iodine excesset.This phenomenon may bedue to very few residents are not properly preserved resulting in iodine loss,or due to iodine deficiency in the adding process of edible iodized salt.The local government should publicize the knowledge of iodized salt,increase the input of monitoring and strengthen the market supervision.
