微型锁定钢板与无头空心螺钉治疗斜型内踝骨折的临床效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨斜型内踝骨折经微型锁定钢板和无头空心螺钉临床治疗价值。方法按照双盲法将2016年4月至2017年7月本院收治的90例斜型内踝骨折患者分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。两组分别采用无头空心螺钉治疗及微型锁定钢板治疗,对比两组不同治疗效果。结果观察组优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前踝及后足功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义,观察组治疗后踝及后足功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相比无头空心螺钉治疗斜型内踝骨折,微型锁定钢板具有明显的治疗效果,缩短手术、住院及骨折愈合时间,改善踝及后足功能。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of micro-locking plate and headless cannulated screw in oblique internal malleolus fracture.Methods According to the double-blind method,90patients with oblique internal malleolus fractures admitted to our hospital from April2016to July2017were divided into control group and observation group,with45cases in each group.The two groups were treated with headless cannulated screws and micro-locking plate,respectively,and the different treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.The scores of sputum and hindfoot function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the treatment of oblique internal malleolus fractures with headless cannulated screws,micro-locking plate has obvious therapeutic effect,shortening the time of surgery,hospitalization and fracture healing,and improving the function of tendon and hind foot.
