加巴喷丁联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗内脏神经痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of visceral neuralgia with gabapentin combined with hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets

目的探讨加巴喷丁联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片在治疗内脏神经痛的临床疗效。方法对2014年1月至2018年1月本院收治癌痛60例患者作为研究对象,依据患者入院时间不同分为对照组和分析组,每组30例。对照组给予单用盐酸羟考酮治疗,分析组给予加巴喷丁联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合治疗,总结比较两组患者临床疗效与安全性。结果分析组盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗第3、7、14天用量明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组疼痛缓解总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组总不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗癌性内脏神经痛患者中,以加巴喷丁联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片可获得理想疗效,有助于减少药物的用量,缓解患者疼痛评分,降低不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of gabapentin combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of visceral neuralgia.Methods From January2014to January2018,60patients with cancer pain in our hospital were included in the study.According to the patients'admission time,they were divided into two groups:control group and analysis group,30cases in each group.That is,30patients in the control group were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride alone,and30patients in the analysis group were treated with gabapentin combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The doses of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the analysis group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the3rd,7th and14th day(P<0.05).The total effective rate of pain relief in the analysis group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of total adverse reactions in the analysis group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cancerous visceral neuralgia,gabapentin combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can achieve the desired effect,which can help reduce the dosage of drugs,alleviate the pain score of patients,reduce adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application.
