抗甲状腺药物治疗对Graves病患者骨代谢的影响效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究抗甲状腺药物治疗对Graves病患者骨代谢的影响。方法选择2015年6月至2017年6月本院收治的Graves病患者52例设置为实验组,另同时期收集52例健康体检者设置为常规组;收集常规组清晨空腹状态下的4 ml静脉血液标本,以及实验组治疗前、治疗3个月、治疗6个月清晨空腹状态下的4 ml静脉血液标本;以比较分析两组β-CTX(Ⅰ型胶原羧基末端交联肽)、N-MID BGP(N中端骨钙素)、PINP(总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端前肽)、TSH(促甲状腺素)、FT3(游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸)、FT4(游离甲状腺素)。结果实验组治疗前后的β-CTX、NMID BGP、PINP、TSH、FT3、FT4指标检测值相比常规组均差异显著(P<0.05);实验组治疗3个月、治疗6个月的β-CTX、N-MID BGP、PINP、TSH、FT3、FT4指标检测值相比治疗前差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对Graves病患者给予抗甲状腺药物进行治疗可在一定程度上改善患者的骨代谢情况,但是该类疾病患者的身体恢复较为缓慢,需进行长期的临床治疗。 Objective To explore the effect of antithyroid drug therapy on bone metabolism in patients with Graves'disease.Methods Fiftytwo patients with Graves'disease admitted to our hospital from June2015to June2017were selected as the experimental group,and52healthy people were selected as the routine group at the same time.Four ml venous blood samples were collected from the routine group in the morning fasting state,as well as the fasting state of the experimental group before,after3months and6months of treatment.Four ml venous blood specimens were used to compare and analyze the levels of beta-CTX,N-MID BGP,PINP,TSH,FT3and FT4in two groups.Results The detection values of beta-CTX,N-MID BGP,PINP,TSH,FT3and FT4in the experimental group before and after treatment were significantly different from those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the detection values of beta-CTX,N-MID BGP,PINP,TSH,FT3and FT4in the experimental group after3months and6months of treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Graves'disease with antithyroid drugs can improve the bone metabolism of patients to a certain extent,but the recovery of patients with Graves'disease is slow and needs longterm clinical treatment.
