氯硝安定联合舍曲林治疗尿毒症不安腿综合征的临床研究

Clinical study of clonazepam combined with sertraline in the treatment of uremia restless legs syndrome

目的分析氯硝安定联合舍曲林治疗尿毒症不安腿综合征。方法抽取2016年8月至2017年11月赣州市人民医院肾内科收治的150例尿毒症不安腿综合征患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。给予两组血液透析治疗,观察组增加氯硝安定联合舍曲林治疗。观察两组患者的疗效、血β2-MG、PTH、睡眠质量、生活质量及治疗安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率、血β2-MG、PTH、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论氯硝安定联合舍曲林用于尿毒症不安腿综合征治疗,可有效缓解患者的症状,改善其睡眠质量与生活质量。

Objective To analyze clomilastin combined with sertraline in the treatment of uremia restless legs syndrome.Methods A total of150patients with uremia restless leg syndrome admitted to the department of nephrology,Ganzhou People's Hospital from August2016to November2017were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with75cases in each group.Hemodialysis was given to both groups,and the observation group was treated with clonazepam combined with sertraline.The efficacy of the two groups of patients,bloodβ2-MG,PTH,sleep quality,quality of life and treatment safety were observed.Results The total effective rate,bloodβ2-MG,PTH,sleep quality score and quality of life score of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Clonazepam combined with sertraline for the treatment of uremia restless legs syndrome can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
