摘要
目的探讨益肾化瘀方治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍疗效及对炎症因子影响。方法将2013年11月至2017年3月因脑卒中后认知功能障碍(肾虚血瘀)于本院就诊的90例患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用盐酸多奈哌齐,观察组采用益肾化瘀方,12周为1个疗程。比较治疗前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、改良长谷川痴呆量表(HDS)改善情况,比较肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-a)、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)改善情况,比较临床疗效差异。结果治疗后,患者MoCA、EDS-R评分升高,TNF-a、Hs-CRP降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组MoCA、EDS-R评分更高,TNF-a、Hs-CRP则更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾化瘀方治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍效果显著,可有效改善认知功能及炎症反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Huayu Recipe on post-stroke cognitive dysfunction and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods From November2013to March2017,90patients with cognitive dysfunction(kidney deficiency and blood stasis)in our hospital were enrolled in the study and were included in the study and randomly divided into control group and observation group,45cases in each group.In the control group,45patients were treated with donepezil hydrochloride,and45patients in the observation group were treated with Yishen Huayu Recipe.One treatment was performed on Monday.Compare the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score and the improvement of the Changguchuan Dementia Scale(HDS)before and after treatment,and compare the improvement of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP).Clinical efficacy differences.Results After treatment,patients with MoCA and EDS-R scores increased,TNF-a and Hs-CRP decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group MoCA,EDS-R The scores were higher,TNF-a and Hs-CRP were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Huayu Decoction has significant effects on cognitive dysfunction after stroke,which can effectively improve cognitive function and inflammatory response,and is worthy of promotion.
