氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压伴冠心病对患者血脂与血压的影响

Effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin on blood lipid and blood pressure in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease

目的探讨分析氨氯地平联阿托伐他汀治疗高血压伴冠心病对患者血脂与血压的影响。方法对本院在2016年6月至2017年8月期间收治的78例高血压伴冠心病患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法分观察组与对照组,每组39例。对照组患者给予氨氯地平片口服治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀片口服治疗,两组患者均治疗1个月。对比两组患者治疗前、后血脂及血压的影响情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的TC、TG及LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的血压较治疗前降低,且观察组的收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高血压伴冠心病患者,采取氨氯地平联阿托伐他汀药物治疗效果显著,能有效的改善患者的血压及血脂水平。

Objective To explore the effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin on blood lipid and blood pressure in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of78hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from June2016to August2017were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,each group was39cases.The control group was given oral amlodipine tablet,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin orally on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for1months.The effects of blood lipids and blood pressure on the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the HDL-C level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,amlodipine combined with atorvastatin is effective,and it can effectively improve the blood pressure and blood lipid level of the patients.
