米非司酮与孕三烯酮对子宫内膜异位症患者性激素及血流动力学影响对比研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的对比米非司酮与孕三烯酮对子宫内膜异位症患者性激素、血流动力学影响。方法选择本院在2015年1月至2017年12月收治的86例子宫内膜异位症患者进行研究。采用随机数字表发将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患者给予孕三烯酮胶囊,观察组则给予米非司酮片。对比两组患者疗效、性激素及子宫动脉血流动力学指标。结果观察组有效率为97.68%,明显高于对照组的83.72%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者FSH、P及E2水平均明显下降,但观察组下降更明显,两组患者LH水平治疗后均明显升高,但观察组升高幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组患者两侧子宫动脉最大血流速度均明显升高,但观察组升高更明显,两侧子宫动脉搏动指数与阻力指数均明显下降,但观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论与孕三烯酮相比米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效更佳,可能与米非司酮在调节性激素、改善血流动力学作用更强有关。 Objective To compare the effects of mifepristone and gestrinone on sex hormones and hemodynamics in patients with endometriosis.Methods Eighty-six patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from January2015to December2017were enrolled.Patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with43cases in each group.In the control group,gestrinone capsules were administered,and in the observation group,mifepristone tablets were administered.The efficacy,sex hormones and uterine artery hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was97.68%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.72%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,P and E2in the two groups were significantly decreased,but the decrease in the observation group was more obvious.The LH levels in both groups were significantly increased after treatment,but the increase in the observation group was greater(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the maximum blood flow velocity of both uterine arteries was significantly increased in both groups,but the increase in the observation group was more obvious.The pulsation index and resistance index of both uterus arteries decreased significantly,but the observation group decreased more(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with gestrinone,mifepristone is more effective in the treatment of endometriosis,which may be related to the regulation of sex hormones and improvement of hemodynamics.
