高校辅导员加强中国特色社会主义文化教育的路径研究

A Research on the Method for College Counselors to Strengthen the Education of Socialist Culture with Chinese Characteristics

作为大学生思想政治教育骨干力量的高校辅导员,在新时代思想政治教育工作中,既要加强社会主义核心价值观的教育与实践,也要弘扬中华优秀传统文化、传承革命文化。同时,高校辅导员亦要不断地对优秀的中国特色社会主义文化进行整合、创新发展,并以一定的方式向高校大学生进行传递,从而实现文化的再创造。

As the backbone of ideological and political education for college students,counselors must strengthen the education of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era in their work.The education in ideology and politics requires not only strengthening the education and practice of core socialist values,but also advocating China’s fine traditional culture and carrying forward the culture revolution.Meanwhile,counselors of colleges and universities should consistently integrate,innovate and develop the excellent socialist culture with Chinese characteristics to students,and deliver that to them in the most appropriate way so as to achieve cultural re-creation.
