摘要
目的:探讨高水平最大摄氧量(VO2max)的Heath-Carter法体型分类。方法:对某全训部队416名男战士,按GJB1337-92规定进行VO2max测定,按国际通用的Heath-Carter方法测量体型。结果:416名男战士VO2max均值为(53.6±6.4)ml·kg-1·min-1,总体评价为优秀;良好以上者276人,占66.4%,VO2max均值为(57.1±4.8)ml·kg-1·min-1,体型均值为2.21±0.67-4.86±3.40-2.63±0.95,体型位置均数为1.7,良好以上者的体型分类中有79.3%集中于中胚型。结论:高水平VO2max的体型分类高度集中于中胚型。
To explore the somatotype classification of the maximal uptake of oxygen(VO 2max).Methods:The VO 2max of a complete training unit of 416 male soldiers was determined according to the provisions of GJB1337-92.The somatotype was determined by the method of Heath-Carter.Results:The mean value of the VO 2max of the 416 male soldiers was 53.6±6.4 ml·kg^-1·min^-1,and their overall evaluation was excellent.The number of VO 2max excellent was 276,accounting for 66.4%.The mean value was 57.1±4.8 ml·kg^-1·min^-1,the mean value of somatotype was 2.21±0.67-4.86±3.40-2.63±0.95,and the somatotype attitudinal mean(SAM)was 1.7,79.3%focused on the mesomorphy.Conclusion:The high level of VO 2max in the somatotype classification is highly concentrated in the mesomorphy.
