摘要
目的:研究蒙古族的身体肥胖指数及与经度、纬度、年平均温度、年龄、血压的相关性。方法:测量了蒙古族13个族群的身高、臀围、肱三头肌皮褶、肱二头皮褶、肩胛下皮褶、髂嵴上皮褶、血压、心率值,计算身体肥胖指数和体脂率,对蒙古族身体肥胖指数值进行了性别间、族群间的假设检验,对身体肥胖指数与经度、纬度、年平均温度、年龄、血压、体脂率进行了相关分析。结果:蒙古族13个族群中,身体肥胖指数值女性多大于男性,13个族群间身体肥胖指数值差异均具有统计学意义。男性、女性身体肥胖指数均与经度、年平均温度呈负相关,与纬度、年龄呈正相关。身体肥胖指数与血压呈正相关。蒙古族身体肥胖指数值大于中国汉族。结论:不同蒙古族族群间身体肥胖指数不同,身体肥胖指数与经度、纬度、年平均温度、年龄血压均相关。
To study the correlation of Mongolian body adiposity index with longitude,latitude,annual mean temperature,age,and blood pressure.Methods:The stature,hip circumference,triceps skinfold,biceps skinfold,subscapular skinfold,suprailiac skinfold,blood pressure and heart rate in thirteen Mongolian groups were measured.Body adiposity index and body fat rate were calculated.The gender and ethnic differences in body adiposity index of Mongolians were tested.The correlation of body adiposity index with longitude,latitude,annual mean temperature,age,blood pressure and body fat rate was analyzed.Results:In the thirteen Mongolian groups,body adiposity index of females was greater than males.The difference of body adiposity index among thirteen Mongolian groups was statistically significant.The body adiposity index of males and females was negatively correlated with longitude and annual average temperature,and had a significant positive correlation with latitude and age.The body adiposity index in Mongolians was greater than that of Han.There was a significant positive correlation between body adiposity index and blood pressure.Conclusion:The body adiposity index is different among Mongolian groups.Body adiposity index is significantly correlated with longitude,latitude,annual mean temperature and age.
