基于DEA的各注册类型建筑企业效率研究

Research on Efficiency of Various Registered Construction Enterprises Based on DEA

为促进我国经济的发展与建筑企业效率的提升,对不同注册类型的建筑企业效率进行研究。基于DEA模型,利用Malmquist方法研究2006—2016间不同注册类型建筑企业生产效率,发现全要素生产效率变化从2006年的1. 085降至2009年的1. 011,2010年反弹后在2011年跌至0. 635,2012年至2016年逐步回升,生产效率在研究区间内波动性上升并逐渐趋于稳定。集体企业、港澳台独资企业、其他港澳台投资企业为全要素生产效率前3名但市场占有率仅为4%,国有企业与其他内资企业效率最低,但市场占比达86. 7%,故管理部门应当鼓励优势企业发展,扶持弱势企业并出台相关的保护政策,避免建筑业生产效率剧烈波动。

In order to promote the economic development of China and the efficiency improvement of construction enterprises,the efficiency of construction enterprises of different types of registration was studied.Based on DEA model,Malmquist method was used to study the production efficiency of different registered construction enterprises between 2006 and 2016.It was found that the change of total factor production efficiency decreased from 1.085 in 2006 to 1.011 in 2009.After rebounding in 2010,it fell to 0.635 in 2011.From 2012 to 2016,there has been a gradual improvement,and the production efficiency has increased and stabilized in the study interval.Collective enterprises,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan-owned enterprise,other Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan investment enterprises were the top three total factor productivity but the market share was only 4%,the efficiency of state-owned enterprises and other domestic enterprises was the lowest but the market share was 86.7%.Therefore,the management department should encourage the development of advantageous enterprises,support weak enterprises and introduce relevant protection policies to avoid violent fluctuations of the production efficiency of the construction industry.
