城市轨道交通项目可持续性绩效影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Sustainability Performance of Urban Rail Transit Project

为探究城市轨道交通的可持续性,通过文献梳理,分析得到13个城市轨道交通项目可持续性绩效影响因素,运用主成分分析法提取出9个公因子,并将其分为政府行为、城市条件、观念和技术能力4个类别;然后运用DEMATEL方法,以南京市为例对影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,城市规划、设计运营理念、运营管理能力是影响城市轨道交通项目可持续性绩效的最重要影响因素,政策制度、城市发展阶段、设计运营理念为最终的原因因素,城市空间状态、信息化及智能化技术的合理使用、设备系统匹配与集成为最终结果因素。最后,基于研究结果提出了相关对策和建议。

In order to explore the sustainability of urban rail transit,13 factors affecting the sustainability performance of urban rail transit projects were analyzed through literature review.The principal factors analysis was used to extract 9 common factors and divided into 4 categories:government behavior,urban conditions,concepts and technical capabilities.Using the DEMATEL method,Nanjing was taken as an example to conduct an empirical analysis of the influencing factors.The results show that urban planning,design operation concept and operation management ability are the most important influencing factors affecting the sustainability performance of urban rail transit projects.The policy system,urban development stage,design and operation concept are the ultimate cause factors.Urban space status,rational use of information technology and intelligent technology and the matching and integration of equipment systems are the final result factors.Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on this result.
