多光源光化学反应器内紫外光辐射分布规律的研究

摘要 采用自制多光源光化学反应器,研究了紫外光强度在水中的衰减规律,主要考察了石英管和曝气对光辐射能的影响,探讨了紫外光辐射能在自来水和配水(含HPAM)中的分布规律。实验结果表明,紫外光辐射能在径向和轴向分布都是不均匀的,在径向衰减趋势呈指数下降规律,在轴向呈现为从中心向两端衰减的趋势。在此基础上采用matlab进行编程,建立了多光源下反应器内任一点光强的计算方法,为光化学反应器的设计与应用提供了一种新的模式。 The attenuation law of UV light radiant energy in water is studied by using multi-light photochemicalreactor,and the effects of quartz burner and aeration on light radiant energy is studied,otherwise,the distributionof UV light radiant energy in tap water and artificial water(containing HPAM)are also discussed.The test resultsindicated that the distribution of UV light radiant energy is not distributed in radial and axial directions.Theattenuation trend is exponential decline in radial direction,and it presents a trend of decay from the center to bothends in axial direction.On this basis,a method of calculating light energy of any point in multi-lightphotochemical reactor was built,which offers a new design and application mode for photochemical reactor.
