高锰酸钾纯度对燃煤烟气中汞的吸收影响

Influence with Different Purity of Potassium Permanganate on Absorption of Mercury in Coal-fired Flue Gas

为了解不同纯度高锰酸钾对废气中汞吸收的影响,选择了国内外不同厂家生产的三种高锰酸钾,从实验室空白试样汞含量、现场空白试样汞含量、吸收效率、加标回收率及价格、购买程序等方面做了比较。结果表明,国内厂家甲生产的高锰酸钾(GR)优于国内厂家甲生产的高锰酸钾(AR)和国外厂家乙生产的高锰酸钾(GR),在实际工作中可首选国内厂家甲生产的高锰酸钾(GR)。

In order to understand the effect of the purity of potassium permanganate on the absorption of mercury in the exhaust gas,three types of potassium permanganate from different manufacturers at home and abroad was evaluated from the view of mercury content in laboratory blank sample,mercury content in field blank sample,absorption efficiency,recovery rate,price and purchase procedure.The results show that potassium permanganate(GR)produced by domestic manufacturer A is superior to potassium permanganate(AR)produced by domestic manufacturer A and potassium permanganate(GR)produced by foreign manufacturer B.Therefore,potassium permanganate(GR)produced by domestic manufacturer A can be listed as the first choice in practical work.
