摘要
甲板支撑设备是科学调查船中最为重要的作业设备之一,而液压泵站的正常运行对甲板支撑设备作业使用至关重要。针对"向阳红10"科学调查船甲板支撑设备原有液压泵站输出功率不足的问题,对原有泵站进行升级改造,针对船舶液压管路现状与船舶空间,设计在原有泵站的基础上加装一套新泵站,以提高尾部A架的摆动速度,并为折臂吊提供负载敏感控制功能,利用AMESim软件对折臂吊运行的仿真验证了新装泵站设计的合理性。最后,在船舶进行了现场安装与测试,针对出现的泄压抖动问题进行了测试与程序改进,取得了良好的测试效果,达到了预期要求,也为其他科考船的甲板支撑设备泵站运行与改造问题提供了一定的经验参考。
Deck support equipment is one of the most important operational equipment for research ships,and the normal operation of hydraulic pump stations is crucial for the operation of deck support equipment.This article aims to scientifically investigate the problem of insufficient output power of existing hydraulic pump stations for deck support equipment in ship Xiangyanghong No.10 and studies the upgrading of the original pump stations.According to the status of the ship's hydraulic pipelines and the ship's space,a new pump station is designed based on the original pump station to increase the swing speed of the stern A-frame and to provide load-sensitive control functions for the knuckle boom crane.The simulation of the operation of the knuckle boom crane by using the software of AMESim verifies the rational design of the newly installed pump station.Finally,on-site installation and testing were conducted on the ship.Tests and program improvements were made in response to the problem of pressure relief jitter.Good test results were obtained and the expectations for retrofitting requirements were met.It also provides certain empirical references for the operation and reconstruction of deck support equipment pump stations for other research vessels.
