摘要
工作在亚波长尺度的微纳光子学器件,具有良好的光子集成性和光学性能优势,广泛用于图像显示、遥感技术和传感应用等方面。根据国内外的研究进展,本文系统地介绍了各类微纳光学器件近十年以来的研究成果,简要阐述了基于特殊微纳结构的颜色滤光片、基于金属表面等离子体效应的滤光片、基于导模共振光栅滤光片、基于光栅结构的滤波偏振分束器和微纳结构宽波段吸收器等五种光子学器件的发展现状,提出有待进一步研究的问题,对未来的研究内容和发展方向进行了展望。
Micro-nano-photonics subwavelength devices are widely used in image display devices,remote sensing technology and sensor applications due to its excellent properties,such as good photon integration and optical performance at micro-nano scale.According to the research progress at home and abroad,the research achievements of various kinds of photonic devices with micro and nano structures in the past decade were introduced systematically.In particular the development status of five kinds of photonics devices was presented briefly,including the color filters based on special micro-nano structures,metal surface plasma effect,and guided mode resonance grating,as well as the filter polarization beam splitter based on grating structure and the micro-nano structure wide band absorber.The hot points and development directions of the future were proposed.
