摘要
采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析方法对微生物作用下的原煤和氧化处理后煤样进行分析,探讨氧化处理的煤样和原煤在微生物作用后结构的改变。结果表明,氧化处理后煤样在微生物的作用下,表现出更高的产甲烷优势;原煤经不同处理后的碳含量显著下降,氧和氮含量略有增加,最终为产甲烷菌利用,产生甲烷气体。
In order to investigate the structure changes of the coal samples under oxidation treatment and microbial action,the coal sample was treated by H2O2and microbe was analyzed by XRD.The results indicate that raw coal has advantages in methanogenesis under microbial treatment.The carbon content was reduced significantly,while the oxygen and nitrogen content was increased slightly,then it was taken advantage by methanogenic bacteria to produce methane gas.
