摘要
蓖麻毒蛋白(Ricin)是一种核糖体失活蛋白,对真核细胞有毒性。它移除真核细胞核糖体大亚基28SrRNA保守序列中特异的腺嘌呤残基,使蛋白合成过程终止,导致细胞死亡。本文对蓖麻毒蛋白在植物细胞内合成后转运出细胞的过程,以及蓖麻毒蛋白作用于哺乳动物细胞时转运过程的研究进展予以简要描述。
Ricin is a ribosome-inactivating protein(RIP)that is highly toxic to eukaryotic cells.It removes the specific adenine residues from the 28s rRNA conserved sequence of the eukaryotic ribosomal large subunit,thus terminating the process of protein synthesis and leading to cell death.In this paper,the process of ricin synthesized and transported out of plant cells and the progress of ricin transported into mammalian cells are briefly described.
