摘要 本文提出了一种以离子敏场效应管(ISFET)为核心的PH检测系统,引入REFET与ISFET形成差分对,实现对ISFET的温度补偿,减小非线性失真,采用电流读出模式的读出电路,有效降低系统功耗。首先对系统的总体结构进行了介绍,重点阐述了ISFET/REFET以及电流模式读出电路的工作原理;然后介绍了系统的主控芯片,以及数据读取、显示、参数设定和自动标定等功能的实现方法;最后对系统性能进行了试验测试,结果显示,ISFET差分式电流模式读出电路在一定程度上能有效减少误差,降低功耗,抑制温漂,且使用寿命长。 In this paper,a pH detection system based on ion sensitive field transistor(ISFET)is proposed.REFET and ISFET are introduced to form differential pairs to realize temperature compensation for ISFET and reduce non-linear distortion.The readout circuit with current readout mode is used to effectively reduce the system power consumption.Firstly,the overall structure of the system is introduced,and the working principle of ISFET/REFET and current mode readout circuit is emphatically expounded.Then it introduces the main control chip of the system and the realization methods of data reading,display,parameter setting and automatic calibration.Finally,the system performance is tested.The results show ISFET differential current mode read circuit can effectively decrease the error,reduce power consumption,inhibit temperature drift,and have long service life.
