摘要
针对生物质粉料气力输送能耗高的问题,建立输送管内两相流数学模型。使用Fluent软件仿真,分析颗粒在不同风速下水平输送管道和竖直输送管道内的受力和运动轨迹。为生物质粉料的输送管道设计提供重要依据。
Two-ph ase flow model is used in this paper to deal with the problem of high energy consumption o f biomass powder pneumatic transport.Fluent software is used to simulate the force and motion trajectory of particles under different wind speeds in horizontal and vertical transportation pipelines.The study can be important reference for transmission pipelines of biomass powder.
