摘要
针对降低高中压断路器触臂的原材料成本、提高产品导电性能、结构密度、产品硬度、抗拉强度等特性,科学分析了冷挤压工艺和生产工艺路线,通过力学、金属结构学等计算出冷挤压的相关参数,在模具设计过程中对凹凸模的具体要求进行详解,最终实现了高中压断路器触臂的冷挤压生产,降低了原材料使用成本,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动者强度,并使产品的机械性能得到提高。
In order to decrease the cost of raw materials for high and medium voltage circuit breaker contact arm and improve the production efficiency.The paper analyzes process of cold extrusion and the production process,and it calculates the relative parameters of cold extrusion carefully.In the process of mold design on the specific requirements of the concave and convex dies explanation.Finally,the cold extrusion production of high voltage circuit breakers is achieved and the cost of raw materials decreased.It is not only improved the production efficiency but also reduced labor intensity for worker,and make the product mechanical properties gready improved as well.
