摘要 由于数字气压仪的测量误差不可避免,其测量不确定度的评定是计量检定工作的重要内容。为确保测量数据的准确可靠,依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,文章首先介绍了数字气压仪气压测量结果不确定度评定的一般方法和详细步骤。然后以CPC6000型压力校准仪作为压力源,采用745-16B型标准数字气压计为标准器,XDY-03型双振筒气压计为被检传感器,通过实例具体说明评定方法,并给出具体的扩展不确定度评定值。 The measurement error of digital pressure sensor is unavoidable.The evaluation of measurement uncertainty of is the important content of metrological verification.To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measured data,according to the requirements of JJF1059.1-2012Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,this paper firstly introduces the general methods and detailed steps of the uncertainty evaluation for the digital pressure sensor.Then,the CPC6000pressure calibrator is used as the pressure source,using the745-16B standard digital pressure sensor as the standard device,and taking the XDY-03double cylindrical resonator pressure sensor as the detected sensor.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the evaluation method of measurement uncertainty.The expanded uncertainty evaluation value is given out.
