水钢2500m^3高炉炉墙粘结及炉缸不活的治理

摘要 水钢4号高炉在生产过程中,外界因素影响,高炉长期慢风作业,造成高炉炉墙粘结,炉缸不活跃,高炉不顺,技术经济指标恶化,通过采取边治理边达产的炉况恢复主导思路,进一步放开中心,适当疏松边缘,采取加组焦,酸性渣热洗,适当提高炉温,高炉炉况逐步恢复正常,技术经济指标改善。 The wind speed in iron making process in No.4blast furnace in Shuigang had been slow for a long time due to external disadvantage factors so that the furnace lining was adhered,the furnace hearth became inactive,the iron making operation was not smooth,and the technical and economical indexes deteriorated.On the one hand,we wanted to recover the furnace condition,on the other hand,we wanted to obtain the target iron output.Therefore,we blew through the center in furnace,properly loosened the edge in furnace,continuously added several batches of coke,thermally washed the furnace with acid slag and properly increases the furnace temperature so that the furnace condition gradually recovered and technical and economical indexes became good.
