摘要
鞭陀博物馆项目的建筑面积为5167.78m^2,属于陀螺形异形结构,钢结构+混凝土结构,由于异形钢结构构件规格特别,在实施过程中多数构件图很难用图纸表达,常常会遇到施工节点不明确、深化设计繁琐、定位困难、下料困难、尺寸偏差、施工安全等工艺难点。为解决这些难点,减少返工,确保工程质量、安全,利用BIM(建筑信息模型)技术,对异形钢结构进行辅助深化设计。
Biantuo museum with usable floor area of 5167.78m^2is a peg-top building with specialshaped steel structures and concrete structures.Since the shape of special-shaped steel structures is special,most of special-shaped steel structures are difficult to be shown in drawings so that,generally,technical difficulties such as ambiguous construction join,complicated deepening design,difficult positioning,difficult laying-off,dimensional deviation,construction safety and so on face us.In order to solve these difficulties and decrease reworking and ensure quality and safety of the building,we do deepening design of special-shaped steel structures with BIM(building information model)technology.
