湿式电除尘器在转炉的应用及泄爆的研究与实践

Application of Wet Electrical Dust Precipitator in Dust Removal of BOF Steelmaking and Study and Practice on Explosion Relief

针对目前国内大多数转炉仍采用湿法除尘系统法回收转炉煤气的现状,分析了其除尘机理,我公司在现有的湿法除尘系统中嵌入湿式电除尘器,解决了原有湿法除尘系统烟气排放颗粒物偏高的窘境,实现转炉一次烟气的洁净排放。通过对电除尘器泄爆原因的分析,结合本公司炼钢工艺实际运行情况,从炼钢工艺和电除尘器运行控制两个方面考虑,制定了防止电除尘器泄爆的有效措施,同时倒逼转炉操作人员技能水平的提升。

In view of the current situation that a wet dust removal method is used to recycle coal gas out from BOF for most domestic BOFs,the mechanism of wet dust removal is analyzed.A wet electrical dust precipitator is filled into an existing wet dust removal system in our department so that particulate matter in flue gas emission decreases and clean gas flue emission is carried out.With analysis of reasons of explosion relief in electrical dust precipitator,according to the actual situation in the steelmaking process in our department,in consideration of both the steelmaking process and the operation of electrical dust precipitator,effective measures of explosion relief in the electrical dust precipitator are made and meanwhile the skill of BOF operators is forced to improve.
