7～14岁低龄青少年及其看护人青春早期性生殖健康素养评价问卷的编制

Sexual and reproductive health literacy in early puberty: Formulation of its assessment questionnaire for among 7-14 years old low-age adolescents and their caregivers

【目的】基于WHO健康素养概念框架,编制针对低龄青少年及其看护人的青春早期性生殖健康素养评价问卷,并对问卷的信效度进行验证。【方法】通过德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法,形成基于健康素养概念框架的评价体系并据此编写问卷,进行专家表面效度认证和认知性访谈,完善问卷。以上海市四个区的初中学生及7~14岁孩子家长为对象进行调查,研究问卷的信效度。【结果】经定性研究完善问卷专业性和可读性,表面效度良好。4套问卷Cronbachα系数为0.86~0.90,Guttman分半系数为0.77~0.86,重测系数为0.75~0.83,内外部信度良好;验证性因子分析结果显示,在卫生服务利用、疾病预防、健康促进三个领域的12个模型均拟合良好。【结论】本研究编制的针对低龄青少年本人及其看护人的青春早期性生殖健康素养评价问卷具有良好的信效度,可用于该人群相关的监测和评估。

[Objective]To formulate evaluation questionnaires on early puberty sexual and reproductive health literacy for low-age adolescents and their parents on the basis of the WHO conceptual framework and evaluation index system.[Methods]Through the Delphi expert consultation a evaluation index framework was formed,and the first draft of the questionnaires were prepared according to the indicators based on the framework.Expert surface validity certification and cognitive interviews were conducted to optimize questionnaires.The survey was conducted for junior high school students and7-14yrs children's parents in the four districts of Shanghai,and the data was collected for project analysis and reliability and validity testing.[Results]The professionalism and readability of the questionnaires was improved by qualitative research,and the surface validity was good.The Cronbachαcoefficients of the four sets of questionnaires were between0.86-0.90.The Guttman split coefficients were between0.77-0.86.The retest correlation coefficients were between0.75-0.83.The internal and external reliability was good.Four sets of questionnaires confirmatory factor analysis were well fitted in12models of health service utilization,disease prevention,and health promotion.[Conclusion]The questionnaires formulated in this study prove to have relatively good reliability and validity,which could be used to monitor and evaluate the level of sexual reproductive health literacy in early adolescents.
