临床药师参与侵袭性真菌病药物治疗的分析与体会

Analysis and experience of clinical pharmacists participating in drug treatment of invasive fungal diseases

目的:总结临床药师参与侵袭性真菌病药物治疗的经验与体会。方法:对临床药师参与治疗的3例侵袭性真菌病案例(包括念珠菌血症、念珠菌尿路感染和侵袭性肺曲霉病)进行分析,阐述药师参与治疗的临床思维,分析药学服务工作切入点。结果:药师利用药学专业知识帮助医师优化给药方案,取得较好的效果。结论:临床药师的参与可提高侵袭性真菌病的治疗水平,减少相关药品不良反应的发生。

Objective:To summarize the experience of clinical pharmacists involved in the drug treatment of invasive fungal diseases.Methods:Three cases of invasive fungal diseases(including Candidemia,Candida urinary tract infection and invasive pulmonary aspergillosis)with clinical pharmacists involved in the drug treatment were analyzed,and clinical thinking and entry point of pharmaceutical care with direct involvement of pharmacists were elaborated and analyzed statistically.Results:By using professional knowledge,clinical pharmacists helped physicians to optimize drug treatment regimen and good results were achieved.Conclusion:Direct involvement of clinical pharmacists could improve treatment of invasive fungal diseases and reduce the incidence of related adverse drug reactions.
