自制肺灌流液在猪离体肺灌流中的应用

Application of self-made lung perfusate in ex vivo lung perfusion in pigs

目的:研究自制肺灌流液在猪离体肺灌流中的应用。方法:7个供体猪肺体外灌流6h,灌流过程中每小时测定灌流液的pH值、电解质浓度、渗透压等,同时测定供体肺的肺功能指标,并计算动静脉氧分压差、肺循环阻力和氧合指数,以评价供肺质量。结果:自制灌流液的pH值、电解质浓度、渗透压在6h灌流过程中保持稳定。灌流4h时,供肺动静脉氧分压差、氧合指数最高,而肺循环阻力未见明显升高。结论:自制肺灌流液可用于猪离体肺灌流,对供肺具有一定的保护和修复作用。

Objective:To investigate the application of self-made lung perfusate in ex v ivo lung perfusion(EVLP)in pigs.Methods:The donor lungs were obtained from7pigs for EVLP.During EVLP,the pH value,concentrations of electrolytes,osmotic pressure of the perfusate were measured every hour,while the pulmonary function indexes were recorded simultaneously and the arteryvein oxygen partial pressure difference(ΔPO2),pulmonary vascular resistance(PVR)and oxygenation index were calculated to evaluate the quality of the donor lungs.Results:The pH value,concentrations of electrolytes,osmotic pressure of the perfusate remained stable during the6-h EVLP.TheΔPO2and oxygenation index reached peak at hour4of EVLP,while no significant increase in pulmonary vascular resistance(PVR)could be seen.Conclusion:The self-made perfusate could be used for EVLP in pigs and it had certain protective and repairing effects for donor lungs.
