摘要 电压型逆变器在生活中广泛应用,针对传统两电平逆变器开关损耗大、输出谐波大的缺点,把一组反向耦合的电感交错并联至传统两电平全桥逆变拓扑的两桥臂之间,提出一种新型单相三电平半桥逆变拓扑。该拓扑可以在某几种特定工作模态利用反向耦合电感箝位出零电平,实现三电平输出。该拓扑比传统的三电平逆变电路使用更少的功率开关器件,因而控制更加简单。为此,分析和讨论此种新型单相三电平逆变拓扑的各个工作模式,并搭建MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型验证。仿真结果与讨论结果一致,表明该新型逆变拓扑正确和有效。 The voltage type inverter is widely used in life.Aiming at shortages of traditional two-level inverter such as large switch loss and output harmonic,a set of reverse-coupled inductors is cross-connected in parallel between two arms of a conventional two-level full-bridge inverter,and then this paper proposes a kind of single phase three-level half-bridge inverter topology.This topology is capable of clamping out a zero level and outputting three-level by using reverse-coupled inductors in several certain operating modes.Compared with traditional three-level inverter circuit,this topology uses fewer power switches which means more simple control.Therefore,the paper analyzes and discusses different operating modes of the new single-phase three-level inverter topology and establishes MATLAB/Simulink simulation model for verification.The simulation results are consistent with discussion results,which indicates correctness and effectiveness of this new inverter topology.
