摘要 针对高比例风光电源接入电网时产生的不合理弃风、弃光问题,采用层次分析法对各风光电站在传统电网调度过程中的限电策略进行研究,以便更科学合理地安排风光发电。建立以发电总成本最小为目标的数学模型,采用层次分析法评估各风光电站的综合重要性指标,并计算出各风光电站限电系数。采用遗传粒子群算法求解模型,以5机和6个风光电站系统为例验证方法的有效性和合理性。结果表明:在调度过程中考虑风光电站限电策略后的限电量和限电成本较传统限电方案存在不同程度上的差异;评估指标的不同准则权重和增幅对各风光电站的限电量有不同的影响。 To solve the problem of unreasonable curtailment of wind and photovoltaic(PV)power as wind and PV power source access to the power grid at high proportions,this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to study power curtailment strategies for different wind and PV power plants in traditional power grid dispatching so as to more scientifically and reasonable arrange wind and PV power generation.It establishes a mathematic model taking the minimum total power generation cost as the objective,uses AHP to evaluate comprehensive importance indexes of different wind and PV power plants and works out power curtailment coefficients.It uses the genetic particle swarm algorithm to solve the mode and takes five-machines and six wind and PV power plant systems for examples to verify effectiveness and reasonability of the method.The results indicate there are differences at different levels in power curtailment and costs after considering power curtailment strategies in power grid dispatching compared with traditional power curtailment schemes.In addition,different criteria weights and growth of evaluation indexes have different influence on power curtailment of different wind and PV power plants.
