摘要
变电站配电室使用的传统通风方式存在效率低下、无法有效控制室内湿度和温度的问题。为此,借助ANSYS软件,仿真分析了配电室内的温度场、湿度场,得到了温度场与湿度场分布规律。温度场仿真结果揭示进风口位置对配电室温度场分布有较大影响,湿度场仿真结果揭示配电室内远离开关柜处的相对湿度较高。在温度与湿度仿真分析的基础上设计了配电室温度与湿度智能调节系统,并给出了环境设备控制逻辑,同时计算了除湿机的除湿量。最后,采用设计的系统对某变电站进行了通风系统的改造,通过监测数据对比验证了本系统的有效性。
There are some problems in traditional ventilation patterns used for substation distribution rooms such as low efficiency and failure in effectively controlling indoor humidity and temperature.Therefore,by using ANSYS software,this paper makes simulation analysis on temperature field and humidity field in the distribution room and obtains distribution laws.Simulation result of the temperature field reveals that air inlet position has a great effect on temperature field distribution and simulation result of the humidity field reveals relative humidity far away from the switch cabinet in the distribution room is higher.On the basis of simulation analysis on temperature field and humidity field,it designs a kind of intelligent regulation system and presents detailed control logic for environment equipment,and calculates dehumidify capability of the dehumidifier.Finally,it adopts the designed system to make transformation on the ventilation system and verifies effectiveness of this system by comparing monitoring data.
