提升我国校园足球政策执行力的路径研究

Constraints and Optimization Path of the Implementation Effect of the Campus Football in China

以文献资料法与实地考察法等为主要研究方法,针对我国目前的校园足球的相关政策的执行情况和执行效果进行了分析。研究发现,制约我国校园足球执行效果的因素主要有:政策执行主体职责不清晰;不同部门的政策目标差异;实践中的执行偏差;配套与社会支持不够等。研究还提出了完善校园足球政策的运行机制、完善校园足球配套政策体系、引导社会力量参与等政策优化路径。

The main research methods of literature and on-the-spot investigation,on our campus football policy implementation status analysis.It is found that the effects of our campus football policy implementation effect of restriction factors mainly include the following aspects:the policy implementation main responsibilities are not clear;policy target differences of different departments;in practice the implementation deviation;supporting and social support is not enough.The study also put forward to improve the operation mechanism of the campus football policy;improve the campus football match policy system;guide the social forces to participate in the policy optimization path.
