摘要
以化学电解质实验与原电池的实验分析为研究对象,利用现代电子元器件、自动控制技术、电子检测方法与化学教学实验相结合,设计一套面向中学与大学化学教学中电化学实验现象与分析的(检测)系统电路,形成一种能定性、定量分析为一体的,能实时跟踪测量或控制原电池反应变化条件(气压、浓度、速率、温度等)的应用型电化学实验检测仪。达到促进化学教学方式的改革,提高教学质量有效途径的探索目的。具有其针对性和实用性强的特点。系统由由化学反应器皿、典型化学实验现象采集传感器、数据采集处理适配器、自动控制器(CPU)、测试数据输出显示、电源等部分组成。
Taking the experiment of chemical electrolyte and the experiment analysis of original battery as the research object,using modern electronic components,automatic control technology,electronic detection method and chemistry teaching experiment,a set of system circuit for the phenomenon and analysis of electrochemistry experiment in middle school and university chemistry teaching is designed,which forms a system.An applied electrochemical experimental detector which can track and measure or control the reaction condi tions(pressure,concentration,rate,temperature,etc.)of primary batteries in real time is developed,which integrates qualitative and quantitative analysis.To achieve the purpose of promoting the reform of chemistry teaching methods and improving the quality of teaching.It has the characteristics of pertinence and practicability.The system consists of chemical reactor dishes,typical chemical experiment phenomenon acquisition sensors,data acquisition and processing adapter,automatic controller(CPU),test data output display,power supply and so on.
