摘要
本文基于测试性的相关概念,介绍了基于多信号模型和D矩阵的测试性仿真软件—TEAMS,并且运用TEAMS软件对某电子设备系统进行测试性仿真,仿真结果满足产品的测试性指标要求。
Based on the concepts of testability,this paper introduces TEAMS,a testability sirnulation software based on rnulti-signal rnodel and D rnatrix.TEAMS software is used to sirnulate the testability of an electronic equiprnent systern.The sirnulation results rneet the requirernents of testability indicators.
