Discussion on the Innovation and Development of Telecommunications Industry Technology

人类社会已进入数字信息时代,电信行业迅速发展,其作用日益突出。随着科技的进步和用户需求的提升,电信市场竞争异常激烈。在此背景下,技术创新至关重要,不仅关系到电信企业的经营发展,还对我国整个电信产业具有举足轻重的影响。基于国内电信产业存在的问题,从创新意识、人才培养、管理创新和创新合作几方面加以分析,并提出了些许建议。

The human society has entered the digital information age,and the telecommunications industry has developed rapidly,and its role has become increasingly prominent.With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of user's demand,the competition of telecommunication market is extremely fierce.In this context,technological innovation is very important,not only related to the operation and development of telecommunications enterprises,but also has a decisive impact on the entire telecommunications industry in China.Based on the problems existing in the domestic telecommunication industry,this paper analyses the innovation consciousness,personnel training,management innovation and innovation cooperation,and puts forward some suggestions.
