Application of BIM Technology in Large-scale Commercial Complex Project

近些年,随着经济的持续不断提升,使得建筑工程项目类型逐渐向着多元化、丰富化的方向发展,传统的项目建设与管理模式已不能满足现代建筑项目的发展。其中,大型商业综合体项目中已引入了新的技术,BIM技术的应用大大优化了项目建设和管理质量。BIM技术在项目设计、施工、管理当中均有应用,并取得了良好的成效。基于此,笔者主要对BIM技术在大型商业综合体项目中的作用和应用进行了分析。

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the economy,the types of construction projects are gradually diversifying and enriching.The traditional project construction and management model can not fully meet the development of modern construction projects.Among them,new technologies have been introduced into large-scale commercial complex projects,and the application of BIM technology has greatly optimized the quality of project construction and management.BIM technology has been applied in project design,construction and management,and has achieved good results.This paper mainly analyses the role and application of BIM technology in large-scale commercial complex projects.
