摘要
随着社会的发展和科技的进步,现阶段商业领域正在积极开发和应用商业智能信息系统项目。研究商业智能信息系统项目管理是提升商业智能发展效益的关键。基于此,介绍了商业智能的概念和体系结构,研究了商业智能信息系统项目管理的必要性,分析了商业智能信息系统项目管理的主要内容和有效途径,以期为商业智能项目发展提供参考。
With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,business intelligence information system projects are being actively developed and applied in the commercial field at this stage.Research on project management of business intelligence information system is the key to improve the development efficiency of business intelligence.Based on this,the concept and architecture of business intelligence are introduced,the necessity of project management of business intelligence information system is studied,and the main contents and effective ways of project management of business intelligence information system are analyzed in order to provide reference for the development of business intelligence projects.
