摘要
本文以沈阳石佛寺水库淡水冰三点弯曲强度试验为例,系统地介绍了冰三点弯曲试验的试样采集与制备、试验方法和所用设备。具体内容包括:冰坯现场采集与弯曲试样制备的工具、方法和注意事项;冰晶体结构与冰密度的观测工具和方法;三点弯曲试验的试验设备、数据存储方式和试验程序。最后,以沈阳石佛寺水库冰为例,给出一组淡水冰室内三点弯曲试验的结果和三种典型的弯曲破坏形式。
The three-point flexural strength test of ice in Shenyang Shifosi reservoir is taken as an example in order to systematic describe the sample collection and preparation,test method and equipment for three-point flexural strength test of ice.The contents in the paper include:the equipment,method and precautions of obtaining ice billet and three-point flexural strength sample preparation in the field;tools and method of crystal structure and ice density observation;equipment,data storage methods and test procedure of three-point flexural strength test.Finally,take The Shenyang Shifosi reservoir ice as an example,a set of freshwater ice three-point flexural strength test data and three typical three-point flexural sample failure modes of freshwater ice are given through laboratory tests.
