摘要
以正丁基锂(n-BuLi)为引发剂,1-叔丁氧基-2-甲氧基乙烷(CMM)为极性调节剂,制备了具有一定苯乙烯(St)嵌段含量的高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶。用气相色谱仪(GC)、核磁共振波谱仪(1 HNMR)、动态黏弹谱仪(DMA)等分别测定了共聚合时单体转化率、共聚物的微观结构以及产品的力学性能和阻尼因子(tanδ)。结果表明,通过改变极性调节剂的用量及反应温度,合成的溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的乙烯基质量分数可达64.3%,St嵌段的质量分数可达6.5%,tanδ可高达0.8,样品具有良好的力学性能和阻尼性能。
High-vinyl solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)with a certain content of block styrene were synthesized with n-butyl lithium(n-BuLi)as initiator,1-tert butoxyl-2-methoxy ethane(CMM)as polar modifier.The reaction conversion of monomers,microstructures of copolymers and tanδvalue were analyzed by gas chromatograph(GC),nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR)and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),respectively.The results showed that content of1,2-polybutadiene in SSBR could be64.3%and the content of block styrene could be6.5%by altering the modifier dosage and the reaction temperatures.The sample has good mechanical properties and damping property with0.9tanδvalue.
