氧化石墨烯增强天然橡胶复合材料性能 被引量:6

Properties of graphene oxide reinforced natural rubber composites

摘要 通过湿法混炼制备了氧化石墨烯(GO)/白炭黑/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料,探究了GO用量对GO/白炭黑/NR复合材料的影响。研究发现,GO对天然橡胶有一定的补强作用,当GO用量为3phr时,复合材料的力学性能达到最佳,其中拉伸强度为27.46MPa,撕裂强度达到67.67kN/m,断裂伸长率为673.95%,比未添加GO的复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度分别提升了17.8%和17.06%。 In this paper,graphene oxide/silica/natural rubber composites were prepared by wet mixing.The effect of the amount of graphene oxide on graphene oxide/silica/natural rubber composite was investigated.It was found that graphene oxide had reinforcing effect on natural rubber.When the content of graphene oxide was 3 phr,the mechanical properties of the composites reached the best level.The tensile strength was 27.46 MPa,and the tear strength was 67.67 kN/m,and the elongation at break 673.95%,The tensile strength and the tear strength were increased 17.8% and 17.06%respectively than that of the composites without graphene oxide.
