混频器变频损耗测试及拟合标校方法研究

摘要 为减少变频损耗测试误差给频谱测量系统带来的影响,在分析比较现有变频损耗的测试方法及误差来源的基础上,通过引入匹配网络模型提出测试精度更高的变频损耗测试方法。同时,应用多项式拟合、高斯拟合及傅里叶拟合等多种拟合补偿方法对实测数据点集进行数据拟合,然后按照判别准则选择合适的数据拟合方法,可以减少系统引入的变频损耗拟合误差,进一步提高频谱测量系统的测量精度。该方法适用于变频损耗精确测试及自适应拟合标校,同时对于其他参数测试过程也具备一定的参考、借鉴价值。 In order to reduce the influence of frequency conversion loss test error on the spectrum measurement system,based on the analysis and comparison of the existing test methods and the source of the error,a new test method with higher testing precision was proposed by introducing a matching network model.Using linear polynomial fitting,Gaussian fitting and Fourier fitting to the mesured data,the appropriate data fitting method can be selected according to the discriminant approach,which can reduce the fitting error of frequency conversion loss in the system and improve the measurement precision of the spectrum measurement system.This method was suitable for the precise testing and auotomatic matching of frequency conversion loss.
