定电位电解法与非分散红外法测定烟气中二氧化硫和氮氧化物的结果比对分析 被引量:8

摘要 在相同环境下使用固定污染源废气测定的环境标准分析方法—定电位电解法和非分散红外吸收法同时测定同一污染源废气中SO2和NOx,并对监测结果进行了比较分析,初步探讨了产生偏差的原因。结果发现:SO2和NOx标气的两种方法验证结果的偏差小于1%,符合标准限制要求,固定污染源中SO2和NOx两种方法的监测结果存在一定的偏差,以SO2偏差较为明显;受烟气湿度的影响,定电位电解法对SO2和NOx的测定结果均小于非分散红外吸收法的监测结果,采用静电除尘处理设施后烟气中SO2和NOx两种方法的监测结果偏差超过标准限制。 This paper presents the results of comparison and analysis of SO2and NOx determined in the same stationary pollution source by using two standard methods of environmental analysis--constant potential electrolysis and non-dispersive infrared absorption,and the initial discussion on the reasons causing deviation is also presented.The experiment showed that the deviation of the results of SO2and NOx in standard gas is less than1%,which meets the requirements of standard restriction.There are some deviations between the results of SO2and NOx in the same stationary source determined by the two standard methods.SO2deviation is more obvious.Due to the influence of gas humidity,the results of SO2and NOx measured by constant potential electrolysis are less than those determined by the non-dispersive infrared absorption.The deviation of the monitoring results of SO2and NOx in the exhausted gas treated by electrostatic precipitator exceeds the standard limit.
