摘要 以FSC(formula student China)中国大学生方程式汽车大赛为背景,针对比赛规则对赛车的制动系统进行了研究开发。运用Catia建立车辆的三维制动模型,利用Matlab对制动系统性能进行仿真,基于Ansys Workbench对模型进行有限元优化分析。通过计算得到优化后的制动系统在附着系数为0.9的赛道上,制动力分配系数为0.618 8,与目标制动力分配系数0.62基本一致。实车验证表明:制动力分配系数满足赛车制动系统的需要,在制动时能够使赛车四轮同时抱死,满足赛车安全行驶的设计要求。 Based on the FSC formula car competition,the braking system of the racing car was researched and developed according to the rules of this game.The three-dimensional braking model of the vehicle was established based on Catia,the performance of the braking system was simulated by Matlab.The model was analyzed and optimized based on Ansys Workbench.On the track with the adhe?sion coefficient of 0.9,the braking force distribution coefficient of the optimized braking system is 0.6188 and the target braking force distribution coefficient is 0.62.The actual vehicle verification shows that the braking force distribution coefficient meets the needs of racing brake system.The four wheels of racing car can be locked at braking time,it meets the design requirements of safe driving.
